organisation of the contracts, deposits and managing the finance. He
is based in London.

Leslie has been working
for Pukka Properites for over 10 years, she is a rock. She cleans
each house for 4 hours a week (included in the rent). This service is
free but with some strings attached. Leslie needs a house that is
tidy enough so she can clean, if this isn’t the case, then no deal,
the cleaning is off. Leslie also supports across all fronts, helping
with maintenance, finding tenants and a periodic agony aunt for
tenants! Leslie is based in High Heaton, Newcastle.

Dave has been with Pukka
for 4 years and somehow his ‘To Do’ list never gets any shorter.
Student properties take a hammering each year and require a huge
amount of upkeep. Dave is armed with his van, from which he can
produce almost anything and also has the support of a great team of
local tradesmen for the most challenging problems. Dave is also based
in High Heaton, Newcastle.
